It’s the season of guest announcements at Supanova Pop Culture Expo, and the folks here at Pop Culture and Coke are hoping that Eliza Dushku doesn’t get struck down with any ailments (or sudden job offers – sorry Eliza) before April, when Supanova is hitting Melbourne again.
The line-up at the moment consists of Eliza Dushku (Buffy, Angel, Dollhouse), Rose McGowan (Scream, Charmed) and most recently, Jack Pattillo, a co-creator of Achievement Hunter, which aims to help Xbox 360 users get those hard to earn achievements.
Unfortunately, with the good news, there’s bad, with Laurie Holden landing a film role which means she won’t be able to make the April Supanova dates in Melbourne and the Gold Coast. From what Supanova have said on their Facebook, it sounds like her appearance has only been postponed, not cancelled. Here’s to hoping the Walking Dead star makes it to Australia soon.
I wonder if she’ll play IRL Shooter when she’s down here. Laurie? Thoughts?
